Indonesia’s Women: Corruption Is a Normal Thing (Survey of Women’s Perception of Corruption in Indonesia)

Congratulations to Astri Wulandari, AIFIS Academic Writing Fellow, on the publication of her latest paper "Indonesia’s Women: Corruption Is a Normal Thing (Survey of Women’s Perception of Corruption in Indonesia)", published online June 22, 2024.

Astri Wulandari, who is currently a lecturer at Telkom University, Bandung, was one of the selected participants who took part in the AIFIS 2022 Academic Writing Workshop and had the opportunity to work with a U.S. mentor in a one-on-one mentorship program. AIFIS connected her with Dr. Rachel Rinaldo (associate professor of sociology and faculty director of the Center for Asian Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder), who has been doing some work on changes marriage and divorce in urban Java, the contemporary art scene in Indonesia, and gender and family dynamics during the COVID-19 pandemic.
